Place this second coil on top of the first one, slightly offsetting it. Repeat this process until you have created the desired number of coils for your flower. Repeat this process until you have created the desired number of fringed coils for your flower. Once you have finished creating the fringed coils, you can use a small amount of glue to attach a stem.
